By browsing AHEAD or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping information, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Ahead Wholesale operates AHEAD as a multi-department storefront. Merchandise offered on AHEAD may be sourced and fulfilled directly by AHEAD, or through third-party suppliers and independent AHEAD Partners. AHEAD is the merchant of record for every purchase made on AHEAD — you are transacting with AHEAD, not directly with any supplier or Partner, regardless of who ultimately fulfills a given item.

You may check out as a registered account holder or as a guest. Either way, AHEAD collects the contact and shipping information necessary to process and fulfill your order, as described in our Privacy Policy. Placing an order does not require creating a password-protected account.

• We work to describe and price merchandise accurately, but errors can occur. If a listed price or description is materially incorrect, AHEAD may cancel the affected order (or the affected line) and issue a full refund for it.
• Merchandise availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Because AHEAD works with suppliers and Partners, an item can occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If that happens, AHEAD will remove the unavailable item and refund the affected amount rather than substitute a different item without your consent.
• Product images are representative; minor variations in color, packaging, or presentation may occur.

• An order is not final until you complete secure payment and receive an order confirmation. AHEAD reviews payment before an order proceeds to fulfillment.
• Because merchandise may come from more than one supplier or AHEAD Partner, a single order can be prepared, packed, and shipped in more than one shipment, and those shipments may arrive on different days. Each shipment is still part of the one order you placed and paid for once.
• AHEAD may cancel an order, or part of an order, at its discretion — for example if payment cannot be verified, if fraud is suspected, if merchandise turns out to be unavailable, or if there is a significant pricing or listing error. Where AHEAD cancels all or part of a paid order, the corresponding amount is refunded.
• If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, AHEAD will make reasonable efforts to assist, but is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate address information you supplied.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. AHEAD does not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or other cardholder data — that information is handled entirely by Stripe's own secure payment page. Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated automatically during checkout.

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, and shipping-related terms are described on our Shipping page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and other events outside AHEAD's control can affect delivery timing.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing, particularly the sections on non-returnable merchandise and final sale items.

• You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order, including your name, contact information, and shipping address.
• You agree not to use AHEAD for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, including attempting to circumvent pricing, inventory, or checkout safeguards.

The AHEAD name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of Ahead Wholesale and may not be copied or used without permission. Product images and descriptions supplied by suppliers or Partners remain subject to their respective rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHEAD's liability for any claim arising from your use of AHEAD or a purchase made on it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the merchandise giving rise to the claim. AHEAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

AHEAD may update these Terms from time to time. The version and date at the top of this page reflect the most recent update. Continued use of AHEAD after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; for a specific order, the version you accepted at checkout is the version that applies to that order.
